With over 35 years of experience in the finance industry, Paul has developed an intricate knowledge of the local community.
Living and working in Armidale with his wife and two sons, he has a deep understanding of the unique needs of regional businesses.
Paul is dedicated to providing personalised financial solutions that support the growth and success of his clients.
In his spare time family is important with some sport thrown in. Paul is currently a TAS Foundation board member helping further develop TAS's ongoing direction.
Dave Richards
Dave brings over 23 years of experience in the finance industry, having worked with two major financial institutions.
Living and working across Wee Waa and Narrabri, he has an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of business in the region. A passion for all things agribusiness provides a sound basis to add value to operations.
Dave is committed to offering tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of his clients.
Living on a farm he has his first hand experience of the opportunities and challenges that present on the daily. Spare time involves anything outdoors with his two boys
Steve Goodare
With over 18 years experience in finance, specialising in agribusiness, commercial & residential lending at 2 major banks - Steve is passionate about building strong client relationships and supporting their growth strategies ensuring they have the right financial structures in place to achieve their short & long-term goals.
Having firsthand experience working on his family's beef & sheep operation in Manilla NSW, Steve has a deep understanding of the challenges & opportunities faced by regional enterprises.
Living in Armidale with his wife and three children, Steve actively contributes to the community through volunteering on local committees and coaching junior cricket & soccer teams.
