GR First Ranking Notes are secured by a first ranking registered Charge in favour of the Trustee on behalf of the GR First Ranking Note holders.

The Prospectus is an important document that provides information to help investors decide if they wish to invest in the unsecured notes (being the GR First Ranking Notes) being offered and should be read in their entirety.

Applications for GR Finance Ltd's First Ranking Notes can only be applied for by an Australian resident who is making the application within Australia.
