Under the Prospectus dated 26/2/08 (lodged with ASIC), GR Finance Limited is inviting applications for GR First Ranking Notes.

GR First Ranking Notes are secured by a first ranking registered Charge in favour of the Trustee on behalf of the GR First Ranking Note holders.

The Prospectus and Supplementary Prospectus are important documents that provide information to help investors decide if they wish to invest in the unsecured notes (being the GR First Ranking Notes) being offered and should be read in their entirety. In particular, you should the pages of the Prospectus that outline some of the risks associated with an investment with GR Finance.

Applications for GR Finance Ltd's First Ranking Notes can only be applied for by an Australian resident who is making the application within Australia.
