News Update: Benchmarks
On 31 October 2007, ASIC issued Regulatory Guide 69 ("RG69") requiring issuers of unlisted debentures and/or like products, such as GR First Ranking Notes, to disclose to investors whether the issuer meets certain benchmarks specified by ASIC by 1 March 2008.
The Company's disclosure against the RG69 benchmarks is set out in Section 4 of the current Prospectus.
