Philip John Boyle, Senior Associate of Finsia (SA Fin), CBS (Bkg)
Executive Director
Phil has been a Director of GR Finance since its incorporation. He has over 30 years of experience in the Finance Industry, including positions with ANZ Banking Group Ltd and Esanda Finance Corporation Ltd, primarily in the corporate and commercial areas and was involved in many facets of lending. He is a key executive, responsible for the management and operations of GR Finance. Phil is also a director of a finance consultancy company, Group Finance & Associates Pty Ltd.
Justin Peter Mastores, B. Bus (Acc), CPA
Non-Executive Director / Company Secretary
Justin has been a Director of GR Finance since its incorporation. He has been engaged in public accounting for more than 12 years with experience in business, client management and related services. With his involvement on a number of companies' boards, Justin provides a depth of experience from various industries that benefits GR Finance. Justin is also a director of public accounting firm, Rees Partners Pty Ltd.
Roydon Euan Luff, LL.B. Al, Arb.A.
Non-Executive Director
Euan Luff is a senior partner of Wilmoth Field Warne, Lawyers. Euan is involved in acquisitions, mergers, company takeovers, and preparation of prospectuses including due diligence procedures, commercial litigation, public equity fund-raising and Australian Stock Exchange listings and advises on matters relating to finance and mortgage securities. Euan is a director of Tawana Resources NL as well as a number of private companies.
Rod Young
Executive Chairman
Rod has over 30 years experience with a major consulting firm developing businesses, networks and brands. He has been a key advisor to some of Australia's leading groups transforming smaller businesses into national and international chains, and steering larger organisations in using franchising or licensing as a management and marketing tool. Rod is also Executive Director, DC Strategy Pty Ltd, formerly Deacons Consulting, the region's premier business development specialist, which focuses on business distribution strategy, franchise and business development.
